LUKAClear
(light cured transparent one-component modeling gel)
Lukaclear is a light-curing transparent, thixotropic one-component universal composite in gel form for modeling.

The modeling gel can be applied directly from the dosing tube. Lukaclear can be easily cured with all commercially available light devices (320-500 nm). The material is polymer-neutral and absolutely dimension stable without distortion. Lukaclear stands out for its excellent fit, high final hardness and stability.
Lukaclear can be used variably and is therefore used in a wide variety of dental fields, as well as for short-term use in dentistry, in the patient's mouth.

Areas of application: Bite control, transmission key for implant abutments, blockage of plaster socks and models, Simple Production of milling stumps, stops and check bites.

1. Preparation
To isolate the surfaces with conventional alginates. Vaseline is suitable for polyurethane model material. On polished metal or ceramic surfaces no further insulation is usually required. If necessary, apply Vaseline or oil.
2. Application
Application directly from the dosing tube, depending on the application area the cannula can be screwed on.
3. Curing
Lukaclear can be polymerized in all common light curing devices with a light spectrum of 320 nm - 480 nm. Also suitable are devices which have a cooling of the polymerization chamber. Please note that the polymerization time is always dependent on the light source in the device. Constant curing times can only be ensured by regularly maintained equipment.  Please observe the instructions of the device manufacturer.
4. Important processing instructions and technical data
Avoid contact with mucous membranes and eyes. In case of accidental contact, rinse with plenty of running water and seek medical attention. Uncured material may cause irritation and sensitization in skin and mucous membrane contact. Immediately wash immediately after use.

The product has been developed for dental use and can only be used by qualified personnel.
